Yoga, Zumba or Not?

Recently I have been pestering my friends over my mood swings and body fat concerns, I started checking my belly and realized that I am putting a little weigh again, My mood swings was inevitable I don't know how my boyfriend survived it all along.

Just then a friend of mine suggested Yoga sessions offered at the office,for all reasons I could think of, I called it a CALLING, that no matter how my friends assured me that I am okay with my body and there's no hella need of burning, I actually was buying it, but my concerns was not my body fat, but my mood. I am determined to do something with it or I might start losing friends.

Because of stress and exhaustion, I am getting less of a good sleep, my assertion of it was to eat something good to make my emotion as its well.I gave it a go.

First day was tiring and I even thought I fell asleep for a second, but I enjoyed so much, i was having fun with all that silence, deep breaths and counting. I like my teacher's choice of music very calming and my mind wander mostly on forest.

After 3rd session for 4 hours I bought my own mat, very proud of it. My session is every weekend, I missed a few times but was able to get back on track after realizing what I have been doing. On my regular session I thought i needed an additional time for my Yoga, I installed yoga lessons on my phone and started teaching myself alone in my room. I love it, inner self love it. I know I am becoming another person again, laughing with friends, eating less and loving the morning. I wake up earlier than my alarm clock without thrashing it.

I am still on my basic pose i know it's taking me long to improve my phase but I am getting there slowly at least surely.

Zumba on the other hand was personally introduced to me by a member of its program. And if you love dancing or going to parties then this is the place for you. you dance your heart out simultaneously, if you want a break get a water and get back again. I find it focus attaining, it needs your focus and your strong stamina to dance for an hour or three. It has no place for meditation because it needs energy, strong vibe and fluid.
But all steps has a serious purpose, you might think that a booty shake is just something they like, but it is not, Zumba is a fun mask of exercise,you might not realize it at the beginning but you are exercising in a form of dance.



Both mention above has equal health takes, it is for good and for fun. try it and you'll see the new YOU.
