Surprise of the day

I know i needed to take note of this day time and moment. I was busy on my computer when my phone rang multiple times. I am not into saving numbers on my phone especially if it isn’t someone related or close to me. I picked it up and found the voice completely unfamiliar;

I did ask who he was. Okay it was a friend whom i never actually had any interaction, conversation or hang out with. He was someone a friend of mine introduced a long time ago. Apparently he has my number I must have given it I just can’t remember.

He asked me if it was okay to sing. I was confused of course. But then I said fine. He actually sang on phone 3 songs. The first one was Parokya ni Edgar One and Only you. Second was I wanna grow old with you and third he said was a song he made it himself I forgot to even asked the title.

 The thing is I am still in a state of surprise. No one has ever done that to me. And to think he was someone I never thought still remembers me.

I am overwhelmed, happy and confused. Imagine my look when he started singing, he was serious. And I was about to laugh but I find it inconsiderate. We didn’t talk particular things aside from me saying my warm appreciation and gratitude. I thought he was sweet enough to even called and sing. How creative. To you whom I’m speaking about, Again.

Thank you for making my day. I will not forget it. though you started freaky with the background instrument which I honestly thought you are just weird and had nothing to do much on the Sunday evening, and maybe in a spur of a moment you started scanning numbers on your phone and called. Okay im being imaginative and delirious. You’re voice was good enough that I stayed on the phone for a long time. My heart still thumps in joy.
